I can swear in

Well folks!!!!!!

Guess what? I passed my language test. To be honest, I think a little of it was like the professor who refuses to give a D to a senior who needs that class to graduate, but instead gives a C------. Anyway, I do know French and I can get around fairly easy. I also am done practicing teaching and met that requirement with flying colors. All that stands in my way is passing a test about bikes and a true false questionaire about security.

So, yeah, as of November Second we might have a new president and you will now know an official Peace Corps volunteer.

This next week will consist of shopping for my new home. Preparing for school and saying goodbye. All of us have gotten pretty close and it will be sad to see everyone go. Oooo, tissue, meaning the fabric is really cool. I will put pictures up pf swear in of course.

Let me know what you think about the photos. And if you need explanation please let me know. I just put some more up today.

Finally,
I have a new address.

Love you and miss you all!

Hey Annie--
Congratulations on passing the tests, and good luck with the ones that remain. As autumn settles in on a dreary day in Worcester, you leave me with a glow of pride for you.
Grandma & grandpa left last Wednesday after a week's stay. We had a great time, including seeing HC's sole football win so far at Dartmouth. AND, they were here at Ciampi Hall for the jubilee celebration of Frs. Hamel, Nelligan, and myself. The food was great, and the company was like Old Home Week with all the guests.
We are gearing up for the NCAA certification process. Next Monday, we will have a videoconference with the people at the headquarters in Indianapolis. That should get the ball rolling in earnest.
Oh, and we called up the pictures while grandma and grandpa were here. You look happy and the people there look pleased to have them with you. I look forward to seeing pictures as you take the oath and become a full-fledged volunteer.
Keep up the good work, and God bless you.
Love from Uncle.
